Red Willow Vineyard is located about 15 miles south of Wapato, it is one of the warmer sites in the Yakima Valley, which provides fruit with excellent structure, character, and acidity..
Dineen Vineyard is located north of the town of Zillah in the Yakima Valley. This is a cooler site that provides excellent growing conditions for Riesling.
The aromas of this Riesling will tantalize you with sweet floral and citrus. The wine has 2.2% residual sugar but with a great acid structure that balances the wine out nicely. Flavors of apricot, peach, and citrus to start followed by a mouth-watering tart finish is great for those nice warm summer days or to complement a spicy dish or anything with citrus.
