Red Willow Vineyard is located about 15 miles south of Wapato, it is one of the warmer sites in the Yakima Valley, which provides fruit with excellent structure, character, and acidity.
Boushey Vineyard is Located on the outskirts of Grandview, this mid-valley vineyard has an elevation of 1,400 feet with soil consisting of silt loam, and windblown loess sitting on top of fractured basalt. This is a cooler site that produces grapes that are small, thick-skinned, and loaded with flavor and balance.

Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of perfume, violets, and currants with a hint of cedar, spice, and licorice. On the palate, it displays layers of red fruit, currants, and graphite, with a big structure and a great tannin mouthfeel that gives this wine an elegant and long-lasting finish. If you are looking for a big merlot this is it.

Located in Washington’s Red Mountain AVA, just 15 miles west of the Tri-Cities, Quintessence Vineyards now comprises the largest contiguous vineyard property on Red Mountain. Quintessence Vineyards is a 410-acre parcel of land with a base elevation of 675 feet, rising to 1,025 feet as it reaches the AVA’s southwest-facing slopes. They currently grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and several other varieties — with Cabernet Sauvignon comprising 229 acres within the 300-acre vineyard. Shaw Vineyard is located on the southwest-facing slope of Red Mountain. This 130-acre vineyard was designed and planted with the sole purpose of producing intense and complex Cabernet Sauvignon.

This 2020 Viognier was fermented at low temperature in a concrete egg. Offering enjoyable notes of orchard fruits, mint, and citrus, It is medium-bodied, supple, and straightforward The wine explodes on the palate with huge fruit that can be perceived as having some residual sugar. A unique hint of minerality on the mid-palate and lively acidity and richness on the finish.

This is a cooler site that produces grapes that are small, thick-skinned, and loaded with flavor and balance.

This 2017 was 100% barrel fermented in “Burgundian” style using 40% new French Oak with extended lees contact. The result is a wine that is creamy in texture, medium to full-bodied with layers of ripe peach, citrus, and pineapple with a big butterscotch finish without the presence of overpowering oak.
